About make plastic molding

The molding process of plastic products is not only a means to obtain the desired products, but also improves the performance of plastics. There are different molding methods for thermoplastics and thermosets.

Injection molding is mostly used for thermoplastics. It is similar to extrusion molding, the difference is that the molten plastic enters the closed mold through the nozzle, and the product is solidified and formed in the mold. More production of small boxes, daily necessities. Special-shaped parts, etc. It can also be used for lively plastic processing.

blow molding

Blow molding is mostly used for thermoplastics. This involves placing molten plastic in a mold, and under compressed air pressure, blows the plastic up against the inner surface of the mold. After flushing and demoulding, the products are made. We produce various types of hollow packaging containers, as well as films and sheets.

thermoforming

Thermoforming multi-purpose thermoplastics. This is to heat the plastic sheet to an elastic state, and then apply pressure to make it adhere to the mold. More production basins, plate products.
