About automotive injection mold

Injection mold is a tool for auxiliary processing and production of plastic products. Plastic can be processed at one time, with short processing time and guaranteed precision. The elastic deformation characteristics of automotive plastic products can absorb a large number of collisions and have a great buffering effect on strong impacts. Protect the vehicle and passengers. Modern cars use plasticized dashboards and steering wheels to enhance cushioning. The left and right bumpers and body trim strips are made of plastic materials to reduce the impact of objects outside the car on the body. Automotive plastics can also absorb and attenuate vibration and noise, thereby improving ride comfort. Automotive plastic injection molded parts have strong corrosion resistance, and local damage will not corrode. By adding different fillers, plasticizers and hardeners, preparations with Plastics with the required properties to meet the application requirements of different parts on the vehicle. What’s more convenient is that different colors can be adjusted through additives, saving the trouble of painting. Some automotive plastic parts can also be electroplated.
